PAOLO BIANCALANI

Born in Prato, Italy in 1958, he graduated from the University of Florence in 1982. He is enrolled in the Register of Certified Chartered Accountants and Official Accounting Experts of Prato, his main place of business, since 1983. He is also enrolled in the Register of Statutory Auditors since its establishment (Official Gazette 21/04/1995) and he is an active member, as President of the Board of Statutory Auditors in several companies.

Up to the present, he has held several offices: 1986-1992 Founder and President of the Young Certified Chartered Public Accountants Union of Prato; 1993-1999 Member of the National Council of Young Chartered Public Accountants Union; 1996-1999 National Vice-President of the Young Chartered Public Accountants Union; 2000-2004 and 2008-2016 President of the Certified Chartered Public Accountants in Prato.

ANDREA BIANCALANI

Born in Florence in 1980, Andrea Biancalani graduated with honours in Economics from the University of Florence in 2002. He is enrolled in the Association of Professional Chartered Accountants and Official Accounting Experts of Prato since 2007 and in the Register of Auditors (Official Gazette 07/08/2007). He is an active Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of a number of companies.

In 2003 he worked in Kelmer & Partners in London and in a law firm in New York. From 2004 to 2006 he was senior auditor for the Auditing Firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited.

At the present time he is at the end of his PhD in Planning and Control at the University of Florence, where he teaches Business Economics II (General and Applied Accounting) and Professional Technique.

In 2010 he became Civil Mediator under the Ministerial Decree n. 180/2010.

Born in Prato in 1976, he graduated in Economics from the University of Florence in 2005. He has been enrolled in the Association of Professional Chartered Accountants and Official Accounting Experts of Prato since 2007 and in the Register of Auditors (Official Gazette 01/02/2011).

Born in Florence in 1988, Francesco Biancalani graduated from the University of Florence, Faculty of Economics in 2010 majoring in Business Administration. The following year, at the same University, he obtained a second level degree in Administration and Control. He has been in the Association of Professional Chartered Accountants and Official Accounting Experts of Prato since 2013 and in the Register of Auditors (Official Gazette 4/02/2014). He studied in London for a period of three months.

Born in Prato in 1986, he graduated with honours in Economics from the University of Florence in 2010. He has been enrolled, since 2014, in the Association of Professional Chartered Accountants and Official Accounting Experts of Prato and in the Register of Auditors (Official Gazette n. 55, 15/07/2014).

Born in Prato in 1990, she graduated in Economics from the University of Florence in 2012. She has been enrolled in the registry of practitioners of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Prato (section B) and she also been enrolled in the Register of Legal trainees of Auditors since 2013.
